**Senior Manager - Security**

**Job Summary:**
The Senior Manager - Security will be a highly experienced and results-oriented professional responsible for leading and managing all aspects of security operations within the NEOM The Line project. This role requires a deep understanding of security principles, risk management, and emergency response, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for The Line, encompassing physical, cybersecurity, and personnel security.
+ Lead and manage a team of security professionals, including security officers, investigators, and analysts.
+ Conduct security assessments and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
+ Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures, including crisis management and business continuity plans.
+ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security systems and technologies, including access control systems, surveillance systems, and intrusion detection systems.
+ Conduct investigations and gather intelligence to address security incidents and threats.
+ Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of The Line.
+ Stay abreast of the latest security threats and best practices in security management.
+ Contribute to the development of a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and employees of The Line.
+ Represent Parsons in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
+ Promote a culture of safety and security awareness throughout the project.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
+ Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
+ Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in security management, including experience in leading and managing security teams.
+ Proven experience in developing and implementing security strategies and plans.
+ Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
+ Experience in conducting security assessments, investigations, and intelligence gathering.
+ Knowledge of relevant security technologies and systems.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
+ Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills.
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Commitment to safety, security, and compliance.
