Synopsis of the role

Responsible for the growth strategy of the Gramin/Coperative Bank Vertical. This role involves aggressive follow ups, conducting trainings/demos with the respective Banks.

What you’ll do

Travelling PAN India for client meetings. ( Co-op / Grameen Banks )Conducting training on different products/processes.Explain value proposition of company’s product & services.Undertaking market research to determine key decision makers.You need to have proper knowledge about RFPs.Develop alliances and partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region.Maintain a healthy pipeline.

What experience you need

You should have experience of more than 5 years in working with Bureau Industry. ( Co-op / Grameen Banks )You should have overall experience of 10+ years in BFSI segment.Effective negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.Hands on in writing proposals and presentation skills.Ability to generate independent leads.  Experience of selling to Grameen Banks is preferred.You should have Graduate/Post Graduate degree
