(https://vimeo.com/727409140/ff26de87d4) The **Senior Manager Software Innovation Management** is responsible for the end-to-end product solution ownership for QTS’ Service Delivery Platform (SDP). This person will drive all product management initiatives with the goal to transform the business by optimizing and automating current processes as well as leveraging Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to conduct effective decision making. **RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.** + Platform vision and end-to-end solution ownership + Drive the product roadmap, and partner with the business and Product Development management teams to deliver new products + Be the owner in innovating and delivering disruptive value to QTS teams, expanding customer adoption and usage growth, increasing efficiencies, reducing costs, while delivering the best possible user experience + Work collaboratively with QTS cross-functional teams and customers to define solutions that are intuitive, understandable, and easy to use + Lead business meetings and remove impediments to ensure fast and efficient delivery timeline + Effectively manage a team of Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Engineers **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience + Seven or more years of progressive product management experience + Experience in sellers’ productivity or customer relationship management platforms + Solid knowledge of Web based platforms and experience working with APIs + Strong problem-solving ability amid ambiguity + Ability to conceptualize, run, and prioritize multiple projects at the same time + Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills with track record of navigating complex unstructured cross-functional environments + Ability to formulate data-driven decisions **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Two or more years of experience as a people leader + Two or more years of experience in a data center environment + Prior project management experience and/or certification + Product development experience including user research and idea generation to product design, launch management, and go to market tactics + Good technical documentation skills **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** + Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences at all levels of management + Track record of taking ownership and getting results + Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders + Use organizational skills to determine prioritization and appropriate multitasking + Focus on scope, tone, and quality of processes and their respective documentation, as well as the associated goals, priorities, deadlines, and weaknesses + Ability to work independently, with supervision, on a project of varying complexity **TOTAL REWARDS** + This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending and HSA accounts; paid holidays; paid time off; paid volunteer days; employee assistance program; tuition assistance; parental leave; military leave assistance; QTS scholarship for dependents; wellness program, and other company benefits. + This position is Bonus eligible.
