What you can expect:
\n\tDevelopment and monitoring of global HUGO BOSS standards to make projects more efficient and optimize collaboration with external partners.\n\tEnsuring knowledge transfer and cross-project learnings in close coordination with project managers.\n\tSimplification and improvement of project execution in all hubs through the development of efficient processes, tools, and guidelines.\n\tLeading initiatives to enhance the global project rollout and individual project teams/projects.\n\tResponsibility for the strategic management of external architects and lighting planners with a focus on performance management, strategic project distribution, and conditions negotiations.\n\tEnsuring shop construction requirements in the development of new concepts in collaboration with the design team, particularly on standard details and electrified furniture, to reduce costs and complexity, ensure feasibility in international rollout, and consolidate experiences and implement conclusions.\n\tFurther development of sustainability standards in the store/shop rollout.\n
Your profile:
\n\tDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.\n\tSeveral years of experience as a project manager on an international level, ideally with knowledge of HUGO BOSS processes.\n\tStrong ability to abstract and conceptualize.\n\tHigh level of communication skills and assertiveness.\n\tExcellent English language skills.\n\tDiplomatic skills in collaborating with various departments, markets, and cultures.\n
