The GCS Products organization leads product management and development for a full suite of small business card, corporate and B2B solutions, and digital experiences that support our commercial customers.
The Senior Manager - Strategic Planning - GCS Products will report directly to the VP, Chief of Staff to support the EVP of GCS Products who leads this organization of over 800 colleagues across the globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of activities including strategic, analytic, communications and colleague engagement initiatives to ensure business objectives are achieved. The candidate will also act as a thought partner to the VP, Chief of Staff as they work to lead the Products executive office, ensuring sound business operations and a robust colleague agenda.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Work closely with VPA and Leadership team on critical business and functional topics, including setting, refreshing, and ensuring execution of goals/priorities.
+ Lead partnership with Products leadership team chiefs of staff and balance management of day-to-day business priorities with the team and the broader organization.
+ Oversee budget management and coordination across operational expenses and marketing budget for full Products organization, developing robust governance and tracking processes in partnership with budget coordinator.
+ Partner with Corporate Affairs & Communications to lead development and execution of robust internal communications strategy for EVP and Products organization as a whole.
+ Support and drive sound operations and cohesion across the team, including leading all coordination and planning for team routines and forums (e.g., leadership meetings, town halls etc.) in close partnership with Senior Executive Assistant.
+ Actively participate in colleague engagement strategy and support learning and development initiatives across all levels; serve as core liaison for all colleague engagement activities, including calendar coordination, communications execution and event setup **.**
+ Coordinate market visits, off-sites, and partner meetings and entertainment.
+ Provide strategic support on a range of issues and lead ad hoc strategic projects as required.
+ Partner with CEG (College Experience Group - HR), Finance, CA&C (Corporate Affairs and Communications), other executive offices, and additional key business partners to achieve objectives.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Highly motivated and proactive self-starter who can lead projects with limited guidance
+ Excellent analytical skills, with ability to independently manage large-scale budget and independently lead ad hoc data analyses
+ Ability to balance multiple tasks, with excellent project management and organization skills
+ Highly composed and calm under pressure; excellent at effectively and independently multitasking and re-prioritizing as business needs evolve.
+ Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Excellent attention to detail across all projects
+ Highly solution- and action-oriented; able to break down complex/white space problems into clear action plans and drive forward with excellent execution
+ Builds and maintains strong relationships across partner teams and demonstrates high emotional intelligence
+ Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality
+ Sound business judgment and customer-first approach
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
