The Senior Manager - Architecture and Governance is responsible for leading and enforcing Architecture Standard and Governance ensuring the successful integration of information, technology, processes in order to optimize efficiency, productivity and competitive advantage, while meeting regulatory requirement of both internal and external compliance
Primary ResponsibilityThe primary responsbility is to lead, plan, design and oversee an organizational end to end technology design and system portfolio from end to end solution. These includes but not limited to:
•Lead and maintain the Architecture and Standards review and approval for IS&T solutions for major areas of the business
•Roadmap planning for system and infrastructure portfolio including New Technology Adoption or Legacy /Non-Compliance Replacement
•Define current and future state of IS&T solution architecture by technology quality and business value
•Oversee the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, and the design of standard configurations.
•Uphold Master Application List/Service List/Interface List for team reference
•Document all technical architecture design, analysis work, decision points and recommendation.
•Play major roles in the implementation of an enterprise architecture based on business requirements and information technology strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• 6 or more years of experience in IT disciplines including, but not limited to, solution architecture, infrastructure architecture and security architecture.
• Technology exposure such as data center, servers and storage, networking and Cybersecuirty.
• Certifications in one or more of the followings is recommended: TOGAF/Zachman, ITIL, MCSE, CCDP
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
• Exposure of business re-engineering principles and processes.
• Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting.
• Ability to understand the long-term (“big picture”) and short term perspectives of situations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture requirements.
• Ability to estimate financial impact of technical architecture alternatives.
