Senior Manager Supply Chain II

In Donaldson the Supply Chain Manager will manage the planning department for scheduling the demand according to the customer's delivery date and when it should be manufactured based on an elaborated production plan.

Main functions:

Create and manage the process of resource planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and Capacity Requirement Planning.

Lead and set up correct levels of inventory according to the demand and customers' orders.

Specific measurements of planned orders are needed within a certain period to deliver on time.

Analyze the demand and establish the production needs based on the capacity to fulfill the plant.

Serve as the primary resource to coordinate projects that support point of manufacturing decisions, footprint utilization, supply chain optimization, and product transfers.

Support strategic alignment between global, regional, and site Operational strategies to support business growth trajectory, customer service expectations, and optimize cost.

Develop and validate Total Landed Cost strategies for key products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or a Master's according to Job position.

8+ years of Supply Chain or manufacturing experience

At least 3 years of experience as a Manager.

Advanced English level.

Advanced knowledge of Excel or similar tools.

Experience leading planning and S&OP processes.

Experience as a leader of warehouses.

Preferred Qualifications:

Automotive experience.

Lean Manufacturing processes (Kanban, JIT, Continues Flow).

Experience in other Operations disciplines beyond Supply Chain Planning, i.e. Production, Logistics, etc.
