Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do? **ROLE SUMMARY:** Responsible for Zone reporting of the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters. Build, implement, and govern the reporting and control processes needed to deliver key non-financial AB InBev disclosures such as Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) – compliant sustainability reporting. **JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:** + Zone compliance with CSRD reporting requirements across environmental, social, and governance topics; evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, internal controls, and compliance with policies and regulations + Implementation and ongoing oversight of sustainability reporting control framework + Consolidation of Zone non-financial data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis + Coordination of senior Zone functional leaders for on-time, complete, accurate, and consistent reporting across all material themes identified satisfying Internal Control, as well as other audit requirements + Training and support to Zone functions (Supply, Procurement, People, LCA) on reporting requirements and process implementation + Delivery of Zone external assurance for all CSRD-required metrics – including management of relationship with external auditor, solving audit queries, and coordination of any documentation requests + Work to enhance controls and processes in existing operations, while also providing insights on new processes and controls **JOB QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + 3-5+ years in Accounting, Internal Control, or Finance + Track record working in financial reporting or operations with an understanding of the interdependencies of both to inform sustainability reporting + Experience or strong interest and willingness to learn about relevant sustainability topics covered in mandatory reporting requirements + Understands internal controls and has experience in designing and executing controls + Proven hands-on mentality with strong operational implementation capability + Proven experience of diplomatically resolving issues through understanding conflicting views, achieving alignment, and proposing solutions + High sense of urgency and ability to work with minimal direct supervision + Proven organizational and leadership skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage process activities **_Competencies & Skills:_** + Rigor and diligence seen in financial reporting to the non-financial/sustainability reporting process + Expert problem-solving skills, as sustainability operations and reporting are nuanced and ever-changing + Project management skills, as this role will demand a high degree of coordination with different functional areas of the business + Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence + Initiative, self-motivation, and flexibility **WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:** Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
