We are looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and driving the recruitment strategy for one of our Business Unit and help us grow the team with qualified candidates and achieve business goals. 
Responsibilities: Lead a Team of Recruiters and drive Recruitment Execution by looking at Recruitment Metrics Will be hands on and will individually be responsible for hiring at senior levels like Director/VP Will Lead Sourcing Strategies for the team Help and assist team members with closing and negotiating with the candidates Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) Manage the relationship with Internal Stakeholders
