Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

Recruitment:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Sourcing qualified candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and informative experience for both candidates and interviewers. Managing the selection process and facilitating recruitment activities, including negotiations with the candidates. Overseeing the onboarding process and coordinating joining formalities for new hires. Organizing and conducting regular walk-in recruitment drives to attract top talent. Developing and maintaining MIS for effective reporting and analysis. Providing weekly reports on recruitment activities and progress to the leadership team. Building and nurturing strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Design & implement recruitment strategies and focus on cost effective approach. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Should be a bachelor or master’s in finance & accounting 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines. Should have a strong understanding of finance processes.  Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Demonstrated abilityto provide strategic guidance for hiring teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Should have managed difficult stakeholders and difficult situations. Should be adeptat preparing Data and quantitative techniques.
