BAT Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Acceptance Testing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, end users, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely progression of BAT activities as agreed upon. Define and enforce quality standards and best practices for automated testing, with a focus on leveraging AI capabilities. Define, design, and implement a robust test automation framework utilizing Gen AI-based tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience (12+ years) in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on business acceptance testing. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. Strong Life & Annuity Insurance domain knowledge Preference for candidates with valid US visa
