Senior Manager - TM Engagement
Position Summary

The Senior Manager/Manager - Team Member Engagement plays a critical part in the measurement and analysis of team member feedback across the organization, helping the business to draw out meaningful insights from surveys and fostering a positive workplace culture by translating feedback into effective engagement strategies and initiatives. This role is primarily responsible for developing internal surveys, analyzing data, and generating reports and/or dashboards that help business leaders to respond to team member feedback.

Primary Responsibility

- Design and deploy surveys and pulse checks to measure Team Member engagement, satisfaction and sentiment, taking responsibility for their end-to-end implementation. 
- Design and continually optimize survey dashboards to give key business leaders real-time insights.
- Collect, organize and analyze data to understand patterns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of follow-up actions to address Team Member feedback.
- Monitor Team Member engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in the development of additional methods for collecting Team Member feedback.
- Adhere to ethics concerning data confidentiality and anonymity. 
- Work with senior stakeholders across the business to understand department-specific needs.
- Deliver basic system/solutions training to users as needed.
- Support other Team Member engagement initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a related field (e.g. employee engagement or human resources) with some experience in survey design or data analysis/reporting.
- Bachelor degree, certification and/or equivalent experience in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology or related discipline.
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledgeable in statistical methods and approaches.
- Proven track record managing projects from conception to execution while meeting deadlines.
- Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented. 
- Flexible to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of survey management software (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia, PowerBI) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent presentation skills, both in planning and delivering.
- Genuine interest in problem-solving, helping the business to succeed, and curious in asking questions.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
