Senior Manager Voluntary Corporate Actions

The Role

As Senior Manager, Asset Services, you will blend brokerage expertise with the necessary skills to develop the team while acting as the leader for this organization. The Senior Manager has operational oversight of all announcement and reconciliation processes associated with voluntary corporate actions for OSG.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

10+ years of Brokerage Operations experience required. Operational experience supporting international processing required. Functional experience with agency lending preferred. Manage expiration date events (and relevant liabilities) along with reconciliation of new entitlements for domestic issues as well as a variety of regionally specific corporate actions. Event and instruction management in proprietary Fidelity applications. Accountable for key talent management processes including hiring, on boarding, goal setting, performance evaluations and other career development activities for a team. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, empower and communicate effectively and assertively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to adjust team/departmental priorities to support changing needs. Participation as a key stakeholder in prioritization of enhancements and new releases of core functional systems. Track record of end-to-end process improvement delivering tangible business results. Series 99 or 7 required.

The Team

This dynamic team is a part of FBOT within the Operations & Services Group (OSG), Asset Servicing division. The OSG team is responsible for the accurate and timely announcement and processing of Domestic and International Corporate Action and Income events in a high energy and fast-paced team environment.

The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$120,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
