Job description

Infosys is seeking a Manhattan WMS Engineer. As a Manhattan WMS Engineer, you will work as a techno-functional consultant from onsite along with the onsite leads. You will need to work closely with Infosys leads and managers and help in their journey to achieve the overall delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 2 years of relevant Information Technology experienceThe location for this position is Memphis, TN. This position may require travel to project/client location
Preferred QualificationsMinimum 1 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS warehouse management system preferably across implementations, maintenance and support. Preferred to have technical experience in PL/SQL, Unix ScriptingExperience working in various inbound and outbound functionalities of Manhattan WMOS.Should be able to work with Infosys leads in crisis calls and help in troubleshooting and resolution. Though not leading such calls, should be able to provide techno-functional inputs for resolution.Experience in working on root cause analysis for critical issues. Work closely with leads to ensure we are staying on top of all critical issues impacting warehouses.Experience in periodic Status reporting to client and Infosys.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
