Kforce is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our telecommunications client in Maryland Heights, MO. This role requires expertise in manual testing, defect management, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, initiative, and leadership potential. Responsibilities: * The Senior Manual QA Analyst will perform manual API testing using Postman to ensure high-quality system functionality * Manage and track stories and defects in JIRA for effective test case execution * Utilize Octane (or similar tools like HP ALM) to manage test cases and test execution * Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and support testing activities * The Senior Manual QA Analyst will gain deep expertise in ordering or fraud systems, eventually becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one of these domains * Take ownership of test initiatives and drive continuous improvements in testing processes
