If you want to have a hands-on global impact on payment solutions, we want you to join our team as a **Senior** **Manufacturing Engineer in our CPI Williston, South Carolina facility.** **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** As our Manufacturing Engineer you will coordinate and provide support to the Site including second-level Manufacturing Engineers and new product int4roductions. Support the continuous improvement activities, driving best practices, and innovation initiatives. This role is critical in providing support to the Site. **As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Value Stream:** + Lead and facilitate Kaizens + Establish Kanban where required + Develop layouts (workplace/plant/line/functional areas) to increase efficiency + Provide technical assistance in the building of all assemblies and components used in the product + Perform time and motion studies + Create a process and routing procedure to document the best procedure to do a job + Provide information to cost accounting + Conceptualize tooling to enhance efficiency. Work with Tool Room personnel and outside sources, as required, to accomplish the task + Coordinate the activities of contractors during projects + Act as a liaison with design engineering on new or modified designs + Create process routings and coordinate tooling construction + Write capital expenditure requests + Maintain inventory and ordering procedures for consumable shops supplies in the tool crib. Acquire supplies as needed + Maintain focus on continuous improvement through researching innovative, cost-efficient business solutions + Implementation and maintenance of digital modelling in all levels including work centers, departments, value streams, and site + Conduct and maintain capacity vs demand analysis + Provide engineering support for major projects including capital expenditures + Routing generation and maintenance + Provide Ergonomic analysis for product line work cells or cell layouts **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **Qualifications** **and** **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 3-5 years of experience in production processes in a manufacturing plant + 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing troubleshooting tools (change implementation) + Budget management exposure + personnel management experience preferred + Desirable knowledge: industrial processes of electro-mechanical assembly. APQP, ISO9001.
