Responsibilities: + Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-shift team. + Drive performance through collaboration and problem-solving. + Lead and participate in cross-functional teams. + Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement. + Develop and execute lean strategies. + Monitor process data, analyze trends, and implement improvements. + Manage budgets and optimize labor resources. + Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and 6S standards. + Drive quality improvements and corrective actions. + Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement. Requirements: + 10+ years of operations experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role. + Expertise across multiple operational disciplines. + Experience in P&L management and plant variances. + Knowledge of relevant PC software applications. + Experience in areas such as Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, Sterilization, or Materials Planning is a plus.
