Position Summary:
Responsible for CNC machine tools maintenance , mainly electrical & Electronics related to machine controls. Also looking after utility Maintenance of plant machineries.
Work You’ll Do:
Look after breakdown maintenance of machine tools.PLC related alarm and rectification.Siemens, Mazak controller communication and CNC loop related fault finding , rectification if needed thru OEMMitsubishi drives for CNC control, other crane drives alarm and rectification.Support to team as & when required for other works like utility maintenanceUpdate material requirement sheets and float inquiries to OEM/Local supplier for machine related parts and any other urgent parts.Prepare Preventive maintenance schedules and ensure 100% PM of all equipment.Take appropriate actions on PM observations.Ensure maximum up time of machines and guide technicians as & when required.Immediate actions & follow up of technicians to attend BD and start machine.Update Machine shop’s Monthly MIS data.Update monthly MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown data.Ensure spares availability for equipment.Utility experience is added advantage.
