KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Facilitate BU MarCom BP to develop overall MarCom strategy and plan aligned with BU priorities and regional market demands.
· Act as primary interface between BU stakeholders and MarCom team, fostering strong partnership across Sales, Product, and Channel organizations to ensure consistent campaign execution, objective prioritization, and conflict resolution.
· Work closely with function teams for end-to-end management of BU MarCom programs including calendar, budget and resource allocation, and ensure the high-quality deliverables in an efficient and effective manner.
· Drive MarCom initiatives through complex organizational structures by effectively leveraging cross-functional resources and influencing key stakeholders.
· Ensure the implementation of established MarCom frameworks while maintaining brand consistency and communication excellence..
· Track, measure and evaluate effectiveness/ROI of MarCom performance, and provide actionable insights and reporting.
REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, product management, or segment strategy roles
· Capable of managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution
· Good project management experience
· Business fluency in English and Chinese with exceptional presentation skills (verbal/written)
· Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration and communication.

This position requires approximately 20% domestic travel.
