From creating the home standby generator market category, to our current evolution into an energy technology solutions company, we continue to push new boundaries. + Support a customer-first approach with the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights for a diverse audience of stakeholders and leadership. + Manage all aspects of the market research process based on the project objectives, including questionnaire design, questionnaire programming and recruitment (using online survey and qualitative recruitment tools), data collection, statistical analysis, reporting and presentation of results + Use a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods including focus groups/IDIs, IHUTs, concept testing, positioning testing, consumer segmentations, customer behavior tracker, satisfaction surveys, price elasticity, managing brand health and the supplier relationship, etc. + Identify and explore new opportunities to guide organizational strategy, including foundational, formative, and evaluative research + Communicate and deliver meaningful customer insights in creative and compelling ways to a variety of audiences, such as design teams, product teams, marketing teams and executive teams + Establish and monitor a Consumer Insights feedback system that paints a comprehensive picture of customer experience across all touchpoints. + Provide consumer insights across the company by helping to build core customer experience research and insights capabilities ​ **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
