Senior Market Development Manager

Sr Market Development Manager

Reporting to Head of Sales, China, this is a key position who will be accountable for penetrating into China’s tax & accounting market targeting Chinese multinational companies. The role will be responsible for key account management as well as the go-to-market business development person who will contribute to penetrate and expand the business.     
 

About the Role

In this opportunity as Sr Market Development Manager, you will:

Drives revenue growth of products and solutions by meeting or exceeding both new sales and retention quotasResponsible for identifying potential sales and retention opportunities and creating campaigns to engage as an individual or teamParticipates in pre-sales calls, create and deliver customized presentations (in person or online), provides written proposals and subject-matter expertise for solutions products for individual dealsUtilizes knowledge of business and workflows to determine and position value-added solutions offering to promote business growth in the firm and to increase sales and customer retentionExecute strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., regional/global sales teams, service teams, legal, support, etc.)Provides quarterly feedback on competitors and monthly forecast for all accounts in your regionOperates as an integral member of the sales team, contributing skills and knowledge to account plans and oppurtunity developmentUnderstand the technical requirements of customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of product offerings for developersPrepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing customer adoptionComplete and participate in agreed training plans

About You
