The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a skilled, analytical and detail-oriented Senior Market Strategy Analyst to join our Business Development Operations team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying market trends, analyzing competitor strategies, developing actionable insights to guide our business development efforts, and support our Corporate Market Strategy team efforts. The role requires a strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new business and takeaway opportunities within our seven key markets.

Analyze competitor data, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Develop and maintain market intelligence databases and reports.

Collaborate with business development and line of business teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Develop our annual market sizing assessment using both Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) approaches

Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new products or services.

Monitor and report on industry regulations and policy changes that may impact our business.

Prepare regular market updates and presentations for senior management.

Develop a catalog of repeatable products.

Leverage latest technologies including AI tools to drive efficiency and conduct deep research.

Support executive and leadership teams with their market strategy and competitive intelligence needs.

Lead initiatives that result in improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance in the functional area.


Qualifications:

Required: 

5+ years of experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, data analysis, and/or business development, preferably within the government or defense contracting space.5+

Strong business acumen including ability to proactively identify potential challenges and ability to escalate and maintain strong communication with up chain management.

Experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives.

Demonstrated success in driving business growth through market insights.

Track record of successful project management and team leadership.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, SQL) and CRM software tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce).

Proficiency with government databases and industry tools (e.g., GovWin, DACIS, Janes, Bgov, etc.).

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).

Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Desired:

DoD market experience.

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Public Administration (MPA) or other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP).

Experience with government agencies or sectors.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
