Your role at Baxter

The Senior Marketing Analyst is in charge of the management in the execution of marketing plan tools and change controls , also support in campaigns, events and others that are required in the line of business for pharma.

What you'll be doing

Lead the implementation of Change controls for marketing areas for designated lines of business.

Support the Business Unit Manager in all activities related to Marketing, conducting congresses and educational events with HCPs.

Report monthly/weekly sales trends to provide data on growth opportunities to the sales team.

Grant management of the designated line of business for Marketing events and campaigns.

Track marketing budget (spend vs forecast). Report monthly expense tracking of cost centers associated with the designated business unit.

Support in the development of the Commercial Plan: segmentation, targeting, product positioning and tactical plan.

Support with the development of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Be the liaison with agencies (briefings, material adjustments, etc.).

Manage promotional material approvals through PromoMats.

Manage material stock and expiration for policy compliance.

Execute monthly strategy for congresses and educational programs assiciated with strict compliance with policies for interaction with healthcare professionals.

Support the development of marketing materials aligned with the strategy for pharma.

What you'll bring

Professional in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Health Sciences.

At least (2) two years of experience in the marketing team for pharmaceutical or at least in the health sector.
