Senior Marketing Associate, Trauma

The Senior Marketing  Associate supports the execution of Downstream Marketing deliverables for the Trauma portfolio at Stryker. You assist in developing and implementing marketing plans. You will be responsible for marketing the organization's products and services by creating direct mail marketing plans and targeting specific market segments with specialized offers. You will collaborate with the sales organization, medical education teams, data analytics teams, surgeons, and hospital personnel. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Describe the basic offerings of a product line and their value to the customer.Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of a product launchUnderstand key products and services in the industry.Present to and develop relationships within the selling organization Lead sales calls and have procedure conversations with surgeons and hospital personnelAttend tradeshows and present on Stryker product offerings Participate in medical education and sales training events to train on the safe and effect use of our productsUnderstand the market positioning and strengths of key competitors.Research and collect product information, service information, and marketing literatureUnderstand and assist in development commercial launch plan

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required

Bachelor’s degree2+ years of work experience

Preferred

Marketing or business degreePublic speaking experienceProficiency in Power Point, Excel and PowerBIExperience collaborating on complex projectsExperience in medical device or marketing

Travel Percentage: 40%
