Position Description A Senior Marketing Coordinator is a creative and driven individual who is expected to lead a team in project pursuits. The ideal candidate has a creative eye for visual storytelling using graphical design skills, possesses strong writing and editing skills, and develops a compelling message. Primary responsibilities include: Proposals / RFP’s / RFQ’s + Lead the development of strategic and compelling proposals, RFP, and RFQ responses. + Create strategic proposal material - project profiles, project approaches, org charts, resumes, and company information, etc. + Develop and prepare presentation material supportive of the overall proposal strategy. + Lead team members, including architects and consultants, on design build pursuits. Marketing / Technology/ Strategy Development Support + Customize material in support of pursuits. + Create and maintain project profiles, including current information and photos in Unanet (Cosential). + Support marketing message and branding on our website and with social media content. + Marketing outreach and announcements on social media + Assist in tradeshow conference planning for targeted client events and other industry events. + Customize marketing material to provide to new clients. + Research construction project opportunities. Required Experience: Skills + Develop compelling and strategic content to successfully acquire work. + Leadership with initiative, enthusiasm, and energy for competing on negotiated work. + Organized and experienced at leading and completing professional level proposals in a team environment. + Ability to thrive in a fixed deadline driven environment. + Strong attention to detail and excellent editing capabilities. + Excellent writing and communication skills. + Project acquisition experience in the A/E/C industry. + Undergraduate or related degree.
