Senior Marketing Coordinator
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator for our Real Estate Development client in Vancouver. Prior experience in residential development or real estate marketing is a requirement. We are seeking someone who has experience launching residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of marketing professionals working collaboratively towards the overall vision and goal. The Senior Marketing Coordinator must have a valid driver's license as site visits will be part of this position.

About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role encompasses a variety of responsibilities and special projects. You won’t be stuck in the office all day, on occasion being on site will be required. Areas of focus include launching residential projects, assisting with marketing strategy and managing partnerships.

About The PositionAssist the marketing and sales team with project management, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and partners.Leads and launches residential projects.Develop social media content, manage CRM systems, and prepare real estate award submissions.Analyze and report on social media and digital marketing performance metrics.Coordinate with ad agencies, manage budgets, schedule ads, and oversee creative projects like photography, videography, and 3D renderings.Organize corporate and project events, manage vendors, oversee budgets, and handle event coordination.Develop corporate brochures, newsletters, and branded merchandise while streamlining marketing operations.Collect and analyze real estate market data, create intelligence reports, and provide buyer profile insights.Schedule and create content, engage with audiences, analyze market trends, and coordinate ad campaigns.Handle sales team communications, buyer/realtor interactions, performance reporting, and CRM setup.Manage marketing materials, print collateral, signage, and other brand assets.The RequirementsDegree or diploma in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in real estate marketing is required.Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe applications.Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.Prior experience launching residential projects.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team.A solution-oriented mindset with excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.CompensationAnnual salary range $67,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.Discretional annual bonus.Competitive benefits.3 weeks’ vacation to start.Opportunity for 1 day work from home, depending on performance after probationary period.
