We’re looking for an experienced, confident and creative B2B marketing professional, to join our Campaign and Product Marketing team. You’ll be a superb communicator, with a passion for quality content with strong copywriting and digital marketing skills.

 

You’ll play a central role in creating and managing communications across our digital marketing channels. This will involve working with stakeholders across all business areas to proactively develop, plan and execute external marketing communications (operational comms, thought leadership, insight and news articles) You’ll also develop and run B2B marketing campaigns, write/produce sales and marketing material; working with a wide range of colleagues across our team and the wider business to ensure a cohesive message is delivered.

 

This is a varied role in a busy creative marketing team. You’ll be expected to take initiative, contribute ideas, and challenge team members on how they can improve communications/campaigns to reach the desired communications/campaign objectives.

 

 

What you’ll be responsible for:

 

Creating and delivering marketing communications and campaigns:

Write compelling copy/content (internal/external) and creation of marketing collateral, such as emails, brochures and press advertisements, to communicate key messages and promote our propositions. Direct input into and management of our marketing/campaign plan. End-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns from briefing, through to planning, development and execution, business sign-off and governance, analysis and reporting. Analyse campaign data to provide performance insight and recommendations, including KPI metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track campaign activity, effectiveness, and ROI. Update/maintain the intranet and customer facing websites to ensure that information is current and meets users’ needs. Liaise with trade press, media, design and print agencies.

 

Managing relationships:

Build effective stakeholder relationships to plan proactive content/marketing campaigns; ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout campaigns and post activation. Drive communications with all functional areas to proactively promote marketing initiatives. Collaborate with product development, distribution and training in the launch of new products and services. Appropriately influence decisions to reflect the desired direction for marketing initiatives.

 

Business awareness:

Develop and maintain a good understanding of the full range of services and solutions that Allianz Commercial offers. Awareness of the competitive environment and an understanding of how marketing strategy and plans are positioned within this to help differentiate our service offering. Identify linkages and opportunities to develop cross line of business and segment marketing programmes that will support revenue and business synergies.

 

 

 

About you

 

Significant relevant B2B marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within professional or financial services A strong communicator with an ability to translate complex ideas in a simple and digestible way (editing, content creation, presentation) An excellent copywriter and proofreader who’s able to flex their style according to audience/channel. Proven experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of offline and online media (e.g. print, direct mail, email marketing, web and social) Proven track record in delivering digital marketing campaigns, using email marketing systems, social media and other digital channels. Experience using digital analytics to validate campaign direction and prove growth opportunities CRM system experience (Salesforce) and email marketing platform (Marketo) a distinct advantage Credibility to work with, and to influence, colleagues at all levels within the company Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work effectively. Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, whilst recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required. Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships. Familiarity working with design and creative agencies.
