548981 Senior Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager (Stamford, CT)
Lead marketing analytics and insights initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize marketing performance, and uncover growth opportunities through advanced analytics and strategic storytelling.
Your role:
Own syndicated data reporting, analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to support business growth.Oversee the local implementation and advancement of market mix modeling (MMM) to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI measurement.Develop and recommend advanced analytics capabilities to enhance consumer, market, category, and competitor insights, enabling strategic decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and global teams to support test-and-learn measurement strategies using point-of-sale (POS) and other data sources to optimize marketing activities.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of internal and external analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail analytics, or marketing insights, with a strong background in people management and cross-functional leadership.Your skills include hands-on experience with US/CA data analytics, POS data, panel data, and retailer data, with expertise in Nielsen and Circana, and proven experience managing MMM analysis and application.You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You’re a strong communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive action and influence senior leadership.How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Connecticut is $122,382 to $209,798
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
