Senior Marketing Manager, DIY, APAC

General Purpose: 

Corsair is seeking a dynamic APAC DIY/Component Marketing Manager to lead all marketing endeavors across APAC, supporting sales and customer needs, and pushing activations encompassing crucial areas such as social media, content creation, and public relations. This pivotal role will serve as the central point for coordinating marketing activities in key regions such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan, SE Asia and Australia, with direct reporting lines to this manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting, executing, and refining Corsair's marketing strategies, focused on driving our DIY/Component side of the business. Responsibilities
The role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, including:

Managing APAC wide initiatives for DIY/Component product launches and continued awareness. Overseeing campaign planning and execution for product sustaining and growth Working as a ‘hub’ between the Sales, Channel Marketing, and Marketing teams to ensure quick and efficient execution. Pushing towards a data-driven approach within the organization Ensuring shared learnings and best practices are shared considering evolving market and conditions. Ability to make a decision and learn from those, always in a positive mindset. Ability to adapt and be agile in a fast-paced work environment. Provide comprehensive campaign reporting and analysis.

Qualifications for the role include:

Experience working within the DIY/Technology sector is vital Strong relationships with leading technology brands such as Intel, NVIDIA and AMD Proven experience and track record communicating results to senior leadership. Extensive track record in working cross functionally and managing a direct team. Ability to drive direction and alignment across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to measure impact and drive improvements.  Strong Strategic planning and execution Strong written and oral communication skills

Within Corsair, the position has primary working relationships with the senior management team and the cross functional team members.

Outside Corsair, the position coordinates with the media, customers and hardware partners including game developers.

The ability to own and execute key regional events and product launch, and sales growth managed from start to finish.

Accountabilities
Co-ordination of local execution of marketing initiatives:

Product Launches and continued marketing after introduction Ongoing support of local sales and customer initiatives pushing real focus on awareness, engagement, and revenue generation.  Driving traffic to the Corsair.com site, channel customers and engagement on social platforms.  Co-ordinate local needs from the Social, PR and Technical Marketing teams ensuring a strategic flow of generated content, earned, and paid for media. Help develop marketing campaign to increase Corsair brand equity, focusing on DIY/Component market segment with engagement and conversion within the campaign. Monitor local trends and needs – including opportunities which can be pushed within APAC and globally.  Develop short and long-term plans to drive sales and awareness. Collaborate with the team to monitor retail opportunities, competitor analysis and feedback into the DIY business unit on specific enhancements that can and should be made. Build relationships with hardware and software partners to collaborate on impactful technology or game launches.  Help define, and structure local PR execution based on business unit launches and local needs.
