The **Senior Marketing Manager, Practice Success** is responsible for supporting Candela customers owning medical aesthetic practices in the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to their specific needs. An expert in marketing to consumers of medical aesthetic services, this induvial will provide strategic guidance on digital marketing, social media, and patient outreach efforts to attract and retain clients. The role involves creating customizable tools such as social media calendars, content libraries, and educational materials to empower practice staff. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager, Practice Success will lead initiatives like planning patient engagement events, creating internal branding strategies, and consulting on website content to reflect new treatments effectively. A core responsibility is building a curriculum and playbook to guide future team members, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to practice marketing.
The **Senior Marketing Manager, Practice Success** is accountable for ensuring customers' successful marketing of its newly acquired Candela technology by driving patient acquisition and retention through innovative marketing solutions. This individual will monitor performance metrics to deliver data-driven improvements and supports practices in achieving sustained growth. Acting as a trusted resource and advisor, the Senior Marketing Manager, Practice Success assist practice owners in overcoming challenges, staying ahead of trends, and building strong brand awareness. The role encompasses maintaining high standards of brand management, troubleshooting customer marketing issues, and ensuring all strategies align with industry best practices and client goals.
**Essential Job Responsibilities**
+ **Practice Marketing Strategy Development:**
+ Design and execute customized marketing strategies, such as website and microsite development, social media campaigns, patient segmentation, internal office branding, and external outreach efforts.
+ Provide strategic guidance on utilizing marketing tools to attract and retain patients, with insights into industry trends, patient engagement techniques, and effective outreach methods.
+ Partner with practices to create actionable marketing plans that align with their specific goals and growth objectives.
+ **Digital Marketing:**
+ Possesses comprehensive expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content strategy, and website optimization, to educate practices on effectively leveraging various digital channels.
+ Collaborate with practices to create and implement tailored social media marketing calendars that align with their goals and resonate with target audiences.
+ Guide practices in developing and optimizing website content to reflect new treatments, enhance patient education, and maintain consistent branding.
+ Provide hands-on support to assist practices with content posting and management, address digital marketing challenges, and ensure successful execution of campaigns across channels.
+ **Content Creation and Practice Education:**
+ Develop a library of customizable marketing materials, including social media posts, images, videos, and templates, to support practices in driving patient engagement and building awareness.
+ Create a series of educational videos offering best practices, marketing tips, and strategies tailored to the needs of practice staff.
+ **Customer Engagement and Brand Management:**
+ Act as a trusted advisor and resource for practice owners, providing innovative solutions to overcome marketing challenges and build brand awareness.
+ Support practices in planning and executing patient-facing events, such as open houses, to introduce new treatments and engage prospective clients.
+ Maintain high standards of brand management, ensuring cohesive messaging and professional representation across all marketing materials.
+ Stay current with industry best practices, including Influencer Marketing, PR, and social media strategies.
+ **Performance Monitoring and Data-Driven Insights:**
+ Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success of marketing initiatives and overall program performance.
+ Analyze marketing metrics and leverage analytics tools to prepare performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
+ Continuously refine customer marketing strategies to maximize patient acquisition, retention, and practice growth.
+ **Curriculum and Playbook Development:**
+ Define and document a comprehensive curriculum and playbook for the role, outlining workflows, strategies, and best practices for consistent and high-quality support.
+ Standardize marketing approaches to ensure scalability and efficacy in practice support for future team members.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including brand leads, marketing communications, and inside sales, to create high-quality marketing assets and support for practices.
+ Provide personalized support to struggling practices, addressing unique challenges and aligning solutions with Candela’s goals.
**Knowledge/Educational Requirements**
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or related field
+ Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a medical aesthetics practice (dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, etc.) is required, with a strong focus on B2C marketing to drive patient engagement, acquisition, retention and treatment adoption initiatives.
+ Strong understanding of the industry, patient journey, and practice operations.
+ Must have robust experience with digital marketing tools, marketing metrics and social media platforms.
+ Proven track record of elevating practice brand(s) and growing practice revenues through the creation and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, websites, and in-office campaigns.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and build strong relationships with practice owners.
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Self-starter with a creative, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others grow.
+ Ability to document processes and strategies in a clear and actionable way to develop a curriculum for future roles.
+ Command of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools
