About the team

Merchant Bank is part of the Worldpay Global SMB business segment, providing a tailored bank-centric suite of solutions to our referral and program management bank partners.

As a key member of the Merchant Bank Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager, Regional Banks will plan and execute a marketing strategy to support assigned bank partner relationships and meet the business goals and associated ACV revenue acquisition targets.

What you’ll own

Will build trusted relationships by effectively collaborating with internal partnership, sales and business leaders to ensure success; understand business segments and development goals, recommend and execute effective marketing program and engagement initiatives.  Develops strategic multi-channel marketing plan that enables partners to scale and achieve exponential growth; aligns with business goals and meet annual marketing acquisition ACV targets.Supports partner management team with development of content and marketing tools to educate bankers, create Merchant Services awareness and drive actionable bank referrals (presentations, emails, brochures, videos, landing pages, etc.)Incorporates high-quality messaging through targeted lead sources and engagements. Produces high-quality, relevant content messaging and creative assets; collaborates with creative services and other internal teams as neededMonitors and analyzes marketing performance metrics to gauge effectiveness; flexibility and willingness to pivot plans quickly, when necessary.  Provides reports and insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders. Understands all approved bank branding elements and acquires bank approvals as required.

Where you’ll own it

You’ll own it in one of our US offices: Cincinnati, Denver or Atlanta.  While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.

Strong understanding or experience with bank partner marketing Strong and effective team collaboration and communication styleProactive leadership style: listens to needs, asks questions, executes Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities across multiple projectsKnowledge of marketing best practices, campaign development, messaging, product tools and methodologies; proficient in PowerPoint and an eye for creative best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization and directly with the customer, e.g., executives, bankers, merchants Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlinesSuperior attention to detail and deadlines; history of delivering high-quality results A roll up the sleeves team member, maniacal about details and deadlines and has a demonstrated track record of managing detailed marketing projects and process improvements for short to long-term strategic impact

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
