Amazon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associates Manager to lead and manage our relationships with content creators, bloggers, influencers, and comparison shopping platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation skills, extensive experience in external partnership management, and a strong aptitude for data analysis and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:
1)Lead and develop strategic relationships with content creators, bloggers, influencers, and comparison shopping platforms.
2) Identify, onboard, and manage new partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
3)Collaborate with partners to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with Amazon’s goals.
Negotiation and Relationship Building:
1- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with external partners to maximize value for Amazon.
2-Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefit and sustained collaboration.
Strategy and Execution:
1-Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for content and influencer marketing, aligning with Amazon’s broader marketing objectives.
2-Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
Data Analysis and Insights:
1- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and marketing campaigns.
2-Dive deep into performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
3-Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ownership and Leadership:
1-Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for all partnership activities and outcomes.
2-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep Amazon at the forefront of content and influencer marketing.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership management or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing external partnerships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The candidate is expected taking customer engagement to the next level by diving deep into the customer funnel, understanding reasons for churn and developing the right onboarding journey to engage customers from the moment they create an Amazon account.
