As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing dynamic B2B and D2C marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate sales growth. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute dynamic B2B and D2C marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth across Asia, aligning with customer, brand, and commercial priorities.
Integrated Campaigns: Lead impactful, multi-channel campaigns from planning to execution, managing both external agencies and internal teams for maximum impact.
Budget & Performance Optimization: Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend to maximize ROI. Measure and refine campaigns with a data-driven approach to hit performance targets.
eCommerce & Website Transformation: Lead regional eCommerce efforts, including transforming the website for Asia. Utilize data insights, SEO, PPC, and CRO strategies to enhance online performance and boost sales conversions.
Team Leadership: Build a high performing team fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
Innovative Marketing: Drive growth through new tactics and a test-and-learn mindset, championing proven channels while experimenting with fresh initiatives.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key regional marketing contact, aligning with central functions and collaborating with sales, product, and operations for unified goals.
Market Insights & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and regional insights, adapting strategies for competitive advantage.
Performance Reporting: Present actionable insights and performance reports to senior leadership, shaping future strategies based on data and results

Proven experience in B2B and D2C marketing, with a track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness.
Skilled at both marketing strategy and execution. Thinks digital-first with omnichannel integration.
Deep understanding of media strategies, managing spend across numerous performance-driven marketing channels.
Excellent relationships building skills across internal teams, stakeholders and external agencies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent creative and copywriting skills that enhance marketing campaigns.
Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box.

Education, Qualifications & Training
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you may also benefit from holding a professional Marketing qualification.
Mastery of minimum of 1 Asian language. Evident fluency in English.
