As the Senior Program Manager on the Customer Marketing team, you will enhance the customer experience in the following ways:
Develop initiatives that address top customer needsEducate customers about features and benefits of their policies to drive awareness, usage, and satisfactionYour programs will contribute to the main KPIs including retention, digital adoption, and cost savings. This role provides a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally including with Product, Telematics, and Claims, and lead the strategy to develop highly visible programs that drive retention and digital engagement.
General Responsibilities:
Identifies, develops, manages and implements a portfolio of customer transactional and value-add marketing programs including direct mail and email.Manages programs to meet organizational needs and exceed KPI goals.Thinks broadly to develop integrated customer experiences across various touchpoints and teams.Works with wide range of partners across the organization to develop integrated programs that address customers’ needs, drive retention, and increase digital adoption.Partners with senior team members and manager to establish and evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks for all marketing communication programs, tracks KPIs to evaluate success; makes recommendations to optimize programs through leveraging insights.Communicates the latest digital enhancements and capabilities to improve customer experience and drive retention.Leverages highly effective project management skills to drive complex cross-functional programs.Demonstrates highly effective communication skills with peers and leadership; represent the Marketing organization to internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership.Supports the management of budgets and contracts. Qualifications Bachelor`s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required, MBA preferredMinimum 8 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing-driven organizationUnderstanding of customer segmentation and management techniques, as well as the business and products supported and the regulations impacting themRequires advanced working knowledge of all marketing areas and the ability to integrate themStrong analytical, collaboration, organization, and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities requiredStrong detail orientationStrong knowledge of relevant technologiesStrong project management experienceExcellent written and oral communication skills are requiredProactively seeks to apply new tactics and job skills to enhance current role, educate colleagues, and improve broader team`s performanceDemonstrates understanding of internal organization and marketing impact on broader organizationLeverages multiple sources of data in development and day to day work, triangulates data sources, effectively anticipates others questions and concerns on a given topic About Us**This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.**
