Our WorldPay for Platforms Business unit is recognized as a global leader in financial technology, Payments, and e-commerce. Our deep understanding of the Payment ecosystem collaborative mantra and platform flexibility enables our teams to create integrated payment experiences that deliver improved customer loyalty, software utility and value to our vertical SaaS partners.

About the role:
The Senior Marketing Manager is an experienced digital marketer who will drive and coordinate the local marketing efforts to increase customer acquisition and retention programs.

The person in this role will work collaboratively with our Head of Sales, Partner Manager, Product and Risk teams and their diverse group of partners to develop digital marketing programs to drive payment adoption. They will also work with the global Marketing team to provide local market insight on global initiatives.

What you’ll own: 

Strategic Vision: Define and execute a marketing strategy for ANZ and the UK that aligns with business goals and positions Worldpay for Platforms as a leader in the market.Leadership: Work alongside department heads as part of the company's extended leadership team with regular reporting and companywide presentations.Brand: Manage our new company wide re-brand from asset development to partner communications.Customer Connection: Build initiatives that foster engagement and loyalty through personalized and impactful experiences as well as the promotion on value added services. Digital projects: Develop and execute programs for email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM and paid digital.Analytical Insight: Use data to guide decision-making, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable outcomesCollaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team at Worldpay team to align strategies and deliver consistent messagingHands-On Execution: Be prepared to create, experiment, and directly contribute to marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, resourceful environmentTeam Leadership: Inspire and develop a small team, encouraging creativity, accountability, and growthOther related duties as assigned. 


What You'll Bring

You are passionate about leading local and global marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.You enjoy solving problems, fine-tuning strategies, and driving process improvements.You excel at managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing budgets, and utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions.You thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of projects from concept to execution, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams both locally and in US and UK time zones.You are a creative thinker, capable of refining brand messaging and positioning.


What You'll Bring

5+ years in marketing leadership, with extensive experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in the FinTech industryA track record of driving measurable growth through innovative marketing strategies including top of funnel establishment and execution.Expertise in digital marketing tools, channels, and trends, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market dynamicsExceptional storytelling skills to craft compelling brand narratives and campaignsData-driven decision-making and the ability to measure and optimize marketing performanceStrong proficiency in MS O365, Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, SEMRush and other marketing technology tools.A hands-on approach, with the ability to contribute to execution when needed in a small, agile teamExperience collaborating across functions (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to align messaging and strategiesLeadership skills to push forward marketing growth and success not only in ANZ but in the UK and other markets in the future.Ability to work in UK and US time zones to connect with relevant team membersFlexibility to travel interstate and international as required
