What this opportunity involves: 

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing and customer engagement for one of Melbourne's most prestigious commercial buildings on Collins Street in Melbourne.

An overview of the role:  

·       Oversee strategic marketing direction and activity planning

·       Drive innovative, out-of-the-box marketing campaigns

·       Manage brand identity across all business areas

·       Develop and implement customer engagement strategies

·       Lead PR, creative, and advertising initiatives

·       Manage digital platforms, including website, app, and social media

·       Collaborate with leadership to deliver best-in-class outcomes

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for: 

·       5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role

·       Background in premium-grade commercial/retail assets, luxury, hotel, or lifestyle marketing (preferred)

·       Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

·       Excellent communication and leadership abilities

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

·       A collaborative approach and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
