Senior Marketing Manager - APAC

EFI is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, to join our Sales & Marketing Team in our Shanghai office.

The Senior Marketing Manager, APAC is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of high-impact marketing and lead generation and nurturing programs to drive demand and increase awareness for EFI’s growing product portfolio for our sign and display product lines and our portfolio of EFI Nozomi digital corrugated printers and manage the plan in the region by product/industry market segment.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping EFI meet its overall revenue objectives in APAC by creating unique marketing programs to deliver high-quality opportunities to the regional sales organization.

Working closely with EFI’s APAC field sales teams and regional sales leadership, product marketing, marketing operations, and corporate marketing department, you will conceive strategies for targeted campaigns, and then execute these.

 

Responsibilities Include:

•           Regional marketing plan, manage, and execute high-impact go-to-market campaigns to include a mix of demand generation elements such as seminars, webinars, trade shows, and sales incentives, programs, etc.

•           Work with EFI's dealer partners, associations, trade publications, event organizers and other multipliers to disseminate EFI's message and generate demand.

•           Develop ongoing programs to identify and reach target audiences and generate demand for EFI’s solutions; outcome should be a continuous flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline coming from target accounts and target markets

•           Deep understanding of market segmentation for both specified product and industry type, familiar with database and able to specify appropriate audience and action for industry market and/or product target.

•           Adapt and generate compelling marketing content for our sign and display printers targeting different audiences

•           Develop and manage creative assets and tools working with both internal and external resources including, but not limited to external marketing vendors/agencies as needed.

•           Monitor and track results using your strong analytical and reporting expertise (CRM-based)

•           Develop and manage the regional calendar and campaign mix planning.

•           Deliver each program ready for sales by briefing our teams and organizing support materials.

•           Work with teams across the organization, including global product marketing, corporate communications, sales operations, IS&T and finance to ensure that programs are aligned and that requirements are met.

•           Provide sales with lead generation campaigns that meet or exceed quarterly expected forecast.

 

Requirements:

•           Deep understanding of the sales pipeline. Must understand how to qualify leads to increase ‘sales accepted leads’ and grow the Sales pipeline.

•           Must understand all lead generation channels, including landing pages, events, social media (WeChat), etc.

•           Knowledge of HTML and technically savvy in Salesforce.com

o          Familiarity in using digital asset/editing tools, Excel, deeply familiar with sales funnel.

o          Experience with marketing automation systems is a plus

•           Must be able to manage multiple programs and concurrent deadlines with excellent attention to details. Ability to multi-task is essential.

•           Outstanding communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin, oral and written

•           Minimum 5 years experience in program management experience.

•           Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization, to lead and influence across functions

•           Highly collaborative team leader, player, builder and supporter.

•           Self-directed and an enthusiastic team player.

•           Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh perceptions that produce positive bottom line results.

•           Regular travel required
