The opportunity:
Senior Marketing Manager - maternity cover (min. 18 months)
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full marketing funnel, including budget management, performance marketing, classic marketing, Social Media, PR and event management for Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing diverse marketing functions and delivering measurable results.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Develop and manage the marketing budget for four countries, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across all marketing channels. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all classic marketing channels. Monitor and analyze budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to maximize ROI. Lead all Social Media channels and be the mastermind behind the strategic direction & new formats Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of performance marketing efforts. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and achieve business objectives. Oversee traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, direct mail, and PR campaigns. Plan, coordinate, and execute extraordinary company events, trade shows, and conferences. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, HQ team in Paris, product development, and executive leadership, to align marketing strategies with business goals. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.Personal skills & Competencies
