You will be required to understand target market segments in detail, develop persona profiles, research market opportunities and marketing channels, to lead sophisticated promotional strategies for India. The Senior Marketing Manager will therefore shape and deliver a high-impact B2B marketing strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like Sales and Product in India. A typical day might include: You will be developing and leading the marketing planning and strategy for McGraw Hill digital medical platforms in India, ensuring alignment with McGraw Hill's go-to-market objectives to drive new business growth Lead and execute impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns and events to strengthen engagement, elevate brand presence, and create compelling content for medical academic institutions. You will also develop co-marketing initiatives with pharma companies to build engagement in digital platforms via doctors and healthcare professionals Build strategic partnerships with key industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement through joint initiatives, events, and targeted content marketing One will also ensure effective communication and distribution of marketing assets, empowering partners and suppliers to maximize conversion opportunities across all channels across India Proactively manage stakeholder expectations by engaging regularly with senior management, providing monthly performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to align business objectives We are looking for someone having: +6 years of strong omni channel marketing campaigns within the Publishing/ Education/Technology industry Knowledge of Marketo or similar customer relationship management systems (CRM) is essential Ability to think creatively to create maximize opportunity for field-based marketing and market outreach Why join us?
