What You Will Learn:
Provide the required leadership to develop and implement the Professional Product Division for the short and long term for the division. Act as an active member of the L’Oréal global and regional marketing community as well as a co-leader of the Professional Products Division. Accelerate functional and leadership performance of the Marketing function through employee development, strengthening the talent pipeline, building a high-performance culture and engagement levels across the function.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Delivering the Operating Plan for the Caribe market: Achievement of brand growth objectives.
+ Lead brands Salons Transformation and Stylist Loyalty by providing the best product assortment and promotional deals along with GWP’s or any other value adding tools to increase sales and loyalty. Manage marketing plans / activity set within budget.
+ New Product Development: Development of long-term product and line extension plan for brand via understanding of market needs. Project leader of cross-functional team to deliver activity set against plan. Launch new products and monitor and course correct as necessary.
+ Establishing and gaining alignment to portfolio/brand plans: Development of brand strategy and brand plans over the current and next year that delivers against growth and share metrics.
+ Delivering Brand Health: Building high performance teams and agency partnerships in order to develop and refining brand plans and deliver against brand health metrics.
+ Communications Planning and Execution: Recommend an annual (current and next year) communication plan for brand and oversee execution of its elements (e.g. target definition, spending etc.) that maximizes ROI and brand health measures. Recommending and executing marketing mix, spending and communications for the annual plan.
+ Leveraging Stylist Insights: Identify and exploit customers insights regarding portfolio brand (i.e. purchase behavior) and distributors proposition to business partners (i.e. Sales Identification of key business questions / needs and drivers)
+ Improve Organizational Effectiveness & Line Management: Take lead responsibility for hiring and managing brand managers. Effectively manage cross-functional teams specially with commercial and educational teams. Develop and leading a highly unified team where roles and responsibilities are clearly understood. Conduct performance reviews as required.
+ Global Brand Strategy: Execute the development of brand strategy plans for the region cascading and localizing DMI’s plans. Stablishing close relationship with DMI’s and Brand teams in LUSA.
+ Agency Management: Manage communications development process through management of budget, timelines, and project management for all agencies. Responsible for appropriate advertising strategy and creative projects.
+ Role model High Performance Team behaviors and in developing the Marketing pipeline both in the technical and behavioral aspects.
+ Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to employee manual, ethical standards, health, safety, and security procedures.
+ Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.

Required Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required, MBA preferred.
+ Strategic planning development and lead execution
+ Years of Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in marketing and market development. Experience leading teams and developing them.
+ Language : Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
+ Job Specific Experience/Skills:
+ Ability to adapt advertising creative material.
+ Knowledge of the brand & brand aesthetics.
+ Financial knowledge (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
+ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
+ Media planning knowledge.
+ Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and business applications.
+ Travel: This position may require traveling of 25%.

+ Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal).
+ Excellent problem/resolution skills and an understanding of when, how, and where to escalate cases as required to meet defined objectives.
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism.
+ Must be comfortable in an environment of changing technologies and processes and demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to new ways of working.
