Job DescriptionSupport the Romanian market development plan by defining marketing strategy and marketing plan with growth-focused strategy under supervision of the Marketing DirectorDeliver in time and full of marketing initiatives, campaign planning to execution including above the line and below the line marketing activities.Develops and implements effective 360 media strategy and planningShift brand behavior towards connected, personalized social and digital experiences that will drive preference via relevanceChampion the global brand positioning within the market, ensuring all teams and colleagues can translate it into their own objectives and deliverables. Be responsible for all brand guidelines and governance.Closely interact with the CEE and European Marketing Teams to exchange learnings & scale up ideasManage the co-marketing for new product launches to ensure maximum traction with clients and merchantsManage and accurately report budgets and deliver projects on timeDevelop innovative, ‘new to Visa’ ways of maximizing reach and build preferenceEnsure that planned marketing activities align with key Visa priorities and objectives and have well defined business and marketing KPIsConduct analysis and provide locally focused thought leadership and advice by leveraging data, metrics, and insights to be shared with internal teams and senior managementOversee complex local projects in partnership with stakeholder within and outside of the function, including Marketing Services, Legal, Sales and Product, Client and agenciesIncrease and optimize the value of Visa’s global and local sponsorship portfolioBrand guard for all public released marketing materials according to Visa guidelines

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
Marketing background with at least 5 years of senior experience in marketing, brand management, developing and implementing marketing campaigns while delivering measurable business results
Experience with developing multi-channel marketing programs and comfort using data to optimize campaigns from multiple sources
Highly organized and skilled to prioritize for maximum impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Adept at using data from multiple sources to build investment/business cases to prove how marketing strategies drive the business
Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate and on-time project deliverables
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Strong influencing skills to persuade and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Native language: Romanian
Fluent: English
