Key job responsibilities
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for our MENA Prime Video service to join our team. In this role, you will help drive marketing planning and operations along with go to market planning and execution for high priority business initiatives in the region.

You will work across all channels and teams for Prime Video in MENA to translate short and medium term strategy into action, ensuring teams are aligned to our service and business objectives and delivering on time, budget, and within scope. You will work with our wider amazon teams to ensure our priorities and execution plans are aligned to our wider company strategy. Our successful candidate will be comfortable in a start-up like environment, be passionate about digital media and new customer experiences.

This role will be a good fit if you can think big, bring structure to ambiguity, be comfortable with data and be able to blend analytical problem-solving with strong judgment and good instincts. You will need to anticipate the demands of senior business leaders and work autonomously to drive results within the broader Amazon organization including Studios, Product / Tech, Content Acquisition, Programming, Marketing, Business Development, and Prime teams in MENA. This position requires a successful candidate to efficiently execute across multiple workstreams and deliverables under tight deadlines. The person will exert influence across the organisation through bias for action, logical reasoning, insightful analysis, and presentation of alternatives.
