Senior Marketing Personnel
RUMBLE ROYALE COLLECTIVE CORPORATION
Provide the necessary leadership for marketing strategies for both the requirements of clients and internal company initiatives, including creation, development, execution, and review
Build a marketing framework and develop Rumble Royale’s brand positioning strategy
Understand target consumers to build a strategy to engage with them
Identify and execute unique marketing ideas to strategically improve the overall business and marketing objectives
Sharing industry best practices with the Management Committee of Rumble Royale
Reinforce brand cohesiveness across all channels and campaigns
Oversee the development and management of marketing campaigns from design, execution, tracking, and optimization, including marketing calendars
Lead and manage the marketing team; develop the marketing capabilities of Rumble Royale.
Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for digital and physical marketing.
Develop and manage relations with external marketing partners, agencies, vendors, etc. in liaison with the Procurement Manager and the Channels Lead
Build marketing roadmaps to grow and nurture leads and product sales to achieve long-term and short-term goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to formulate, develop and optimize RR’s sales and marketing funnel
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assess and iterate against goals and KPIs
Develop new and creative growth strategies for Rumble Royale focused on expanding reach both local and international
Assist in finalizing and setting budget caps per project in collaboration with the sales, creative, and procurement team
Ensure marketing campaigns comply with the set marketing budget
Liaise with digital agencies, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to execute and successfully manage campaigns
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the proper development of digital assets to support campaigns
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Conduct primary research to identify market competitors and trends to target customers’ preferences
Ensure customer success satisfaction; develop the 360-customer journey with Rumble Royale.
