Role description:
Act as the subject matter expert for Marketing Researchers and support the Team Lead in Process and People Management
Role accountabilities:
Marketing & communications (70%)
Serve as the 1st level POC for administrative, coordination and implementation tasks assigned to the team. Leading research related projects by verifying collected data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations Strategize in conducting competitive analysis of various companies’ marketing offerings to ensure that thought leadership and content program can be differentiated Promote best practices in conducting market research Mastery in qualitative and quantitative research and consultation for thought leadership campaigns and product marketing/development, including developing survey questions for clients and/or other internal or external stakeholders Strategize and perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Forces and PESTLE Analysis Present findings to stakeholders through charts, graphs and other visual means to help them understand the data and draw conclusions from it and potentially use the data in external presentations Review research briefs to ensure that they are clear and complete Lead the efficient delivery of multiple complex market research projects from start to finish Evaluate and interpret research results, formulate conclusions and suggestions Conduct comprehensive quality checks of own work and the final deliverables of Market Researchers Identify ways to improve process efficiencyPeople management (20%)
Serve as Associate Lead for Researchers Support team lead in evaluating individual and team performance following the KPI set by the Global Marcomms Team Support Team Lead with PDR, GPS, rewards and recognition, upskilling, discipline management, one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and local compliance of the research team members Support in talent acquisition and onboarding of new members Conduct training and mentoring for Assistant- and Coordinator-level Marcomms Specialists Promote Arcadis’ People First culture Promote knowledge sharing within the team Suggest strategies in improving workflow processes and team structureAdministrative (10%)
Support and promote team engagement activities Help the Team Lead in preparing team reports required by the Manila Leadership Team Help the Team Lead in analyzing FTE utilization and workload allocation Handle administrative duties concerning research team members in the absence of the Team Lead Promote health and safety practice by encouraging the team to submit Track to 0 reports Ensure compliance in company policiesQualifications & Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in doing marcomms and market research work A relevant degree in marketing, economics or any business-related field Able to handle confidential or sensitive information Strong attention to detail In-depth understanding of KPIs and analytics Knowledge of multidisciplinary civil engineering projects and experience in professional services, consultancy or construction sector Able to organize and simplify technical information Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills Able to juggle multiple projects at once Self-directed, assertive and can work on his/her own initiative Driven and used to working in a fast-paced large corporate organization Clear and thorough communication style Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Required skills:
