Your role and responsibilities

Job Summary: Conduct marketing activities using all available marketing tools and platforms for existing and potential products, systems and/or services for assigned markets. Collaborate with business sales teams and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities develop customized co-marketing programs. Participate in and improve the conversion rate of leads from marketing campaigns, focusing on the operation and conversion from leads to sales opportunities and business performance

Qualifications for the role

Key Responsibilities:\tAssist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing according to local business demand.\tMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.\tFollow up the leads of potential customers obtained from the marketing campaigns to ensure 100% of leads are handled effectively, hand off where appropriate to Front End Sales or VPs.\tAnalyze and report the KPI regularly; track sales leads and manage in a closed loop.\tStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and creativity.Requirements/Qualifications:\tBachelor’s degree or above\tAt least 6 years industrial B2B marketing experience, major of communication or marketing with Manufacturing industry background is preferred\tDemonstrated ability to successfully manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion.\tProficient in marketing tools and software, analytical tools, and social media platforms, experience in CRM is a plus (i.e. Salesforce)\tStrong written and spoken abilities in both Chinese and English are required.\tHigh sense of action and purpose, ability to break out old patterns\tHigh flexibility and ability to deal with emergencies
