Our team is seeking talented people who want to excel at what they love to do. **About The Role:** As a Senior Marketing Specialist for CBRE Design Collective (Americas), you will be focused on supporting business development efforts for our award-winning, global design practice comprised of Architecture, Interior Design and Engineering experts. The role requires project management and development of proposals, presentations, and other pursuit materials—from strategy through execution. This position requires the ability to translate visual and written content into successful business development deliverables, using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate should have a good design sensibility coupled with advanced formatting/layout ability, along with problem-solving skills. Candidates should be able to work with great accuracy in a fast-paced, client service-oriented environment while maintaining grace under pressure while balancing and prioritizing multiple deadlines. We’re looking for a multi-talented, motivated individual who likes to work hard, contribute ideas, and collaborate across the team to get the job done. **What You'll Do:** + Responsible for pursuit development, ensuring integrity of all content, project management, reviews, schedules, communication with cross functional business lines, writing executive summaries/proposal content and advising submission of the final proposal. + Ability to lead, manage, and prioritize projects; meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment and comfortable keeping projects on time across internal resources. + Writes, develops, and edits proposal and presentation content, Request for Proposal responses, and other interactive marketing and pitch materials for new business development. + Performs quality assurance measures by reviewing and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards. + Crafts creative messaging, themes, and key differentiators around the win strategies to tell a unique story in pursuit results. + Attends and actively contributes to kick-off strategy, status, follow-up/debrief, and presentation preparation meetings. + Works closely with graphic design team to develop client-specific design approaches. Acts as a liaison between team and designers to determine the appropriate formatting, messaging, and Presentations/proposals + Create a wide variety of marketing materials demonstrating the CBRE Design Collective’s capabilities and experience, as well as client presentations/proposals. + Make design edits to existing materials as needed. + Other duties may be assigned. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience with architecture / interior design / engineering firms is preferred. + Prior experience with data visualization tools and intermediate skill with Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Adobe InDesign. + Broad knowledge of Marketing Business Development. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly sophisticated problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
