Kimley-Horn is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities The primary purpose of this role is to be a catalyst for growth of Kimley-Horn's local practiceAssist with identification, relationship building, pursuit, and proposal strategy for various targeted clients and projectsAssist in business development activities to ensure adequate, profitable new business is capturedResearch business opportunities and assist in strategy developmentPositively represent Kimley-Horn via active engagement in networking events, activities, and organizationsPartner with project managers to strategize on their market forecast, upcoming opportunities, and other potential clients/projectsPartner with the regional Marketing team to ensure proper support to project managersFavorably position the firm for existing and future market opportunitiesSupport and lead (when appropriate) marketing efforts for proposals, presentations, and other direct work-winning activitiesCoordinate special projects/events, including regional conferencesManage multiple concurrent time sensitive deadlines Qualifications 15+ years of A/E/C industry experienceBachelors or Masters Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar fieldFlexibility to work outside normal working hoursWillingness to occasionally travel (as required) for business needsBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeConfident communicatorDetail-oriented and proactiveTeam player with a positive attitude/client service mentalityStrong ability to gather, interpret, and convey technical information**Please include a one-page cover letter when uploading your resume.
