This position is 100% remote.

About This Role:

Anywhere Leads is excited to add an experienced Senior Specialist to our remote-first marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in creating content and a proven track record in marketing strategies to reinforce brand positioning and drive consumer engagement.

In this role, you will collaborate on and execute strategic content plans to drive engagement, leads, and ultimately revenue growth. Experience with cross-functional team collaboration will be crucial, as this role will work across multiple groups, including strategic partnerships, customer engagement, revenue operations, and network success, to ensure alignment across all channels. This position will report to the B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Anywhere Leads and will be a core member of the Anywhere Leads marketing team.

 Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Manage complex projects that drive Leads business growth. Strong voice of leadership in overseeing the publication of brand and partner content, including blogs, email marketing, social media, conference materials, and industry publications. Manage and prioritize creative requests from the Anywhere leads marketing team.

· Content Creation: Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with program goals and objectives. Create and edit content to support marketing campaigns.

· Campaign Management: Achieve demand generation goals by creating and executing campaigns that build awareness and drive leads. Turn successful campaign experiments into repeatable programs, increasing team efficiency and impact.

· Partner Success: Manage partner marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with account managers to facilitate program growth and revenue opportunities. Ensure quality assurance on all partner marketing campaigns and strategies.

· Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance data and suggest strategies as needed to optimize results. Communicate campaign progress and results to key stakeholders, including leadership and sales teams.

· Cross-team Functionality: Articulate brand benefits and value propositions to resonate with partner and consumer personas, moving consumers through the funnel. Champion of core team objectives and marketing initiatives to bring awareness across other teams, including customer engagement, revenue operations, and network success, to ensure alignment.

 

Required Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of brand level marketing experience managing and executing brand marketing campaigns 

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and communication and writing skills

· Understanding of marketing strategies, go-to-market execution, and customer retention, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns

· Knowledge of email marketing systems and best practices to effectively manage and optimize email campaigns

· Account management experience either in-house or agency-based

· Strong growth mindset, with the ability to pick things up and learn

· Proficiency with MS Office products with deep understanding of PowerPoint

· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced, start-up environment

· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a “can-do” attitude

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience or exposure to the real estate industry

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, including Photoshop or Illustrator

· Marketing experience includes understanding of both B2B and B2C strategies

· Understanding of paid placements, including Google Ads and social media platforms

 

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience level.
