The Team Behind Your Brand’s Success: Impact Managed Marketing

Overview 

As a Senior Marketing Strategist on the New Business team, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and communication of data-driven strategies that will shape the future success of our clients. You'll collaborate and lead a diverse team of fellow strategists to craft innovative, omni-channel solutions that captivate top-tier C-suite clients, getting them excited to partner with us to execute the strategy and plan we create. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple client projects at a time, each lasting 8-10 weeks, giving you the ability to iterate and grow quickly. If you are a visionary thinker who thrives on data-driven marketing and the art of persuasive storytelling, we want you on our team! Responsibilities:Conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of client goals and challenges.Guide and perform primary and secondary research to uncover crucial insights about the client's business and market.Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure precise data representation, which in turn informs our strategic decision-making.Lead the development of data-driven, creative marketing strategies and plans tailored to address client challenges and drive them toward their goals.Work closely with our Creative Strategist to bring the strategy to life in a captivating and imaginative manner.Collaborate closely with our Marketing Consultants (Sales) to align strategies with each client's unique goals.Partner with our Operations Manager to create comprehensive Scope of Work documents that establish the terms of a client partnership.Craft and deliver compelling presentations of your findings to key stakeholders within our clients' organizations.Drive the evolution of the team, through problem identification and building solutions for internal optimization

 

Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in marketing/business strategy. A strong understanding of business strategy through the lens of marketing. The ability to conduct primary and secondary research and accurately interpret data to identify and creatively solve problems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience with data visualization. Inquisitive, persistent, and courageous with the ability to challenge assumptions and viewpoints respectfully. Experience with standard digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, and ad platforms. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
