Job Description
Master Data Management (MDM) team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data pipelines and architecture that support the management of master data across the organization. This role involves collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data consistency, quality, and integration across various platforms. Key responsibilities include extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data, implementing data validation and error-checking processes, creating data models, and optimizing database performance for MDM applications. A successful data engineer on this team has experience with cloud platforms, databases, and data governance tools, and is adept at ensuring the data is accurate, accessible, and reliable to support business operations and analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop data engineering solutions, including data pipelines, visualization and analytical toolsDesign and develop data architectures in on-premise, cloud and hybrid platformsData wrangling of heterogeneous data, exploration and discovery in pursuit of new business insightsActively contribute to the team’s knowledge and drive new capabilities forwardMentor other team members in their efforts to build data engineering skillsetsAssist team management in defining projects, including helping estimate, plan and scope workPrepare and contribute to presentations required by management

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
